See where your team is staying before you book.

HotelHuddle shows travel sports families which hotels teammates are booking for each tournament weekend, so your team can stay together. It also keeps track of who’s bringing what, so nobody shows up without the water or the tent.

• 1Join your teamAsk your team manager or another parent for your team's invite link. Or search for your team by name and tap Request to join. Your team manager approves you.
• 2Pick the tournamentSee every hotel teammates have chosen, grouped by family count.
• 3Stay togetherAdd your hotel and dates so the next family knows where to book.
• 4Split what to bringSee who’s bringing the water, snacks, tent and cooler, and sign up for what’s still needed.

Private by design. Searching shows only a team’s name and city. Tournaments, hotels and players stay hidden until you’re approved, and only your team can see your entries. Players show as first name and last initial, there are no room numbers, and hotel entries disappear after the tournament.
